If only my breakfast food could dance into my bedroom and feed me each morning.
Happy National Unicorn Day!
As someone who loved watching My Little Pony as a kid, the unicorn has probably always been one of my favourite mythical creatures. So I guess it makes sense to have a day to celebrate how cool they are…
And a doll… that’s a thing right?
Another Year Older...
Happy Birthday to… me! So thankful to be another year older today. Here’s to another year to keep learning and keep making more art! :)
I Thought Spring Was Here...
I always consider the “First Day of Spring” date on our calendar with caution… When you live where I live it is NEVER accurate. There is always at least one more good dump of snow before Winter actually feels like packing up and leaving. Today, Winter has decided to taunt us once more… me and my big mouth!
Hello Spring!
Hello first day of Spring! We are so happy you have arrived.
Now please, take off your shoes, hang your coat, and stay awhile!
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Fun Fact #1: Apparently at the age of 16, St. Patrick was kidnapped by Irish pirates and made to work as a slave caring for animals. He was trapped there for 6 years before he was able to escape and go back to his family in Britain.
Fun Fact #2: While working as a missionary in Ireland, St. Patrick used the shamrock to help explain how the Holy Trinity worked in the Christian faith. There was one leaf for each part: Father, Son & Holy Spirit. These leaves are also sometimes thought to represent Faith, Hope, and Love, and when a fourth leaf is present, that’s where the Luck comes in!
